Located in the central Bastille district, this 30m² apartment offers all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Enjoy high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, cable television, electric radiators, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Situated on the first floor of a building without an elevator, the apartment features two double-glazed windows overlooking the charming central courtyard. It includes a double bed (140x200) and a double sofa bed (140x200), ideal for 2 adults and 1 child. Please note that the apartment’s water tank allows for up to 4 hot baths, each lasting a maximum of 7 minutes. The tank refills only during the night.
In the heart of Bastille, a lively district with numerous restaurants, bars, bakeries, and shops, the apartment is ideally located.
