With a beautiful view of the city, this fantastic duplex is located 3 minutes from the Jardins du Trocadéro. This garden is the one opposite to the Eiffel Tower on the other side of the River Seine. It has 3 bedrooms and accommodate comfortably 6 people. Are 140m² of apartment and 200m² of terrace.
The first floor has a living room with TV, library and dining room with table for 8 people. The room has a great light due to the large terrace that has tables and chairs. Has a kitchen with all equipment and utensils such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine and access to a small balcony. Also on the first floor has a room with a sofa double bed with access to a balcony, a bathroom with bathtub, a toilet and a bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200), closet and balcony.
The access to the second floor is via stairs and also has an office, closet and a suite with a queen size bed (160x200), television, bathroom with bath and access to the terrace with sun loungers, table, chairs and access to the terrace on the first floor.
All rooms have recently installed anti-allergic carpet and the rest of the apartment has wooden floor. It has central heating of the building.
The apartment is situated on the 7th floor of a building with elevator and has a garage (up to 185 cm high). It is possible to see the top of the Eiffel Tower. Thenearest metro station is a Trocadéro which is a 3 minute walk away.
