Beautiful and spacious 68m² apartment located less than 10 minutes walking from the Marais district and Place de République.

The cozy living room is furnished with designer furniture and charming decor. It also has a sofa bed that comfortably accommodates one person. In the modern kitchen you will find all the necessary equipment and utensils, such as: oven, microwave, induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washing and drying machines. It also has a dining room space with a wooden table and six seats. It has a small office perfect for those who want to study or work, and a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and closet. The modern bathroom has two showers and the access is via bedroom or office. The WC is separate.

Located one block from the Oberkampf metro station (lines 5,9) and 4 minutes from République (lines 3,5,8,9,11). In less than 10 minutes walking, you will be on the Canal Saint Martin and in the delightful neighborhood of the Marais.

It is located on the 4th of a building without an elevator. It is strictly forbidden to make noise with suitcases on the stairs and common parts of the building from 22:00 to 08:30.

Cleaning is free of charge every Tuesday from 1 pm to 4 pm.

Appartement situé dans un quartier vivant, avec des commerces à proximité, des restos sympas. Le métro est à deux pas. L'appartement est agréable, convivial, confortable et très bien décoré. On s'y sent très bien. Vinicius a su nous accueillir de façon chaleureuse. Tout s'est très bien déroulé lors de notre séjour avec "A la Parisienne".
