How do I book accommodation?

À la Parisienne offers a secure and easy online booking system. All bookings must be made online at À la Parisienne’s website.

What’s the minimum stay for a booking?

À la Parisienne accepts bookings from 4 consecutive nights. However, the minimum stay may vary depending on the accommodation. Individual details can be found on the relevant page.


Is there a maximum stay for a booking? Can I rent for a year?

À la Parisienne accepts bookings for up to 90 days, which can be extended depending on availability. If you want to spend a year in one of À la Parisienne’s places, ask the booking team about extended stays.


When do I sign the rental agreement?

À la Parisienne takes care of the entire booking process and your stay. Booking is subject to the general terms and conditions at the time of booking online. À la Parisienne will send you these conditions and the booking confirmation, which constitute your rental agreement.


When and where will I get the keys?

The handover of the keys is made on the accommodation. À la Parisienne team will request your estimated arrival time by e-mail one week before your arrival date. Please advise your arrival details as early as possible.


What happens if I arrive early for check-in?

The À la Parisienne team will do its best to accommodate you as soon as you arrive. Speak to the À la Parisienne team and plan your arrival!


If I arrive in the early morning, can I enter the accommodation before the set check-in time?

À la Parisienne will pre-arrange your check-in at the accommodation and send you the necessary instructions for your arrival. If the place happens to be ready earlier than the agreed check-in time, the reception team will do their utmost to accommodate you.


What should I do if I’m late for check-in?

No worries! Kindly let the À la Parisienne team know about the delay if you thing that will be more than 30 minutes.


How does the security deposit work?

A security deposit must be paid on the day of your check-in. The security deposit serves to cover any damage caused during your stay. More details about the security deposit you can find on the relevant page for the accommodation.


How is the accommodation cleaned? Is it cleaned every day?

À la Parisienne prides itself on impeccable cleanliness in their accommodations between all bookings.

You can request an end-of-stay cleaning service. The value of this service varies according to each property and is specified on the time of your online booking.

You can buy extra cleaning at the time of your booking or during your stay.


Is bed and bath linen included?

Yes, À la Parisienne provides superior bed and bath linen, laundered and sanitized by professionals. This service is included for all bookings.

On the day I leave, how do I return the key? Will someone do the check-out?

The À la Parisienne team will arrange with you on your check-in, but all will depend on the time of your departure.

What if I need to stay later than the check-out time?

If you have a night flight, or need to stay in the accommodation after the standard check-out time, we suggest you to book another day.
